Police Call Off Search for Four-Year-Old Child Disappeared in Australian Outback
Australian authorities have ended the search for a young boy who has been missing in the wilderness for almost three weeks, after fresh attempts proved unsuccessful to discover any signs of the boy.

The young boy was spotted playing outside his home on a isolated sheep station near Yunta, about 186 miles from Adelaide, on late September.
His family member left him alone for about half an hour before checking on him, only to discover the youngster gone, initiating one of the most extensive ground and aerial searches in the region's records.

Police - who do not suspect wrongdoing - say they will persist examining, but that the case has become a "recovery mission".
